Our story

In owning and operating our highly trusted local carpet cleaning business, Pinnacle Carpet Care, we recognised a need for a specialised rug washing service in Geelong that didn’t exist – until now. Building on our extensive knowledge in cleaning and looking after delicate materials, we sourced custom equipment all the way from Turkey and built a state-of-the-art rug washing facility perfectly fit for purpose. A dedicated rug spa where all your rugs are given the VIP treatment, pampered, and returned to you a better version of themselves.

We used Rug spa for our white woollen rug that our dog had an accident on and turned the white rug from white to brown. They were amazing, quick, professional and Laurence even came and set the rug back up for us. Our rug smells amazing and looks white!!! I honestly can not thank them enough. We had a huge oil stain (over six months old ) and a tea stain on a camel hair rug. Lawrence talked me through the process very clearly, and they took great care, working from the back to preserve the colours. Stains are gone and the whole rug looks brighter from a good clean. Very happy

Sent off a wool rug that was grimy and had some pet stains. Had previously been steam cleaned but had not come up well but after the having the rug spa treatment- it looks like new!!
